Founders
Mr. Rudresh Ganganna
Executive Director
Rudresh Ganganna founded NCES in 2017 with a vision to strengthen product engineering capabilities within the MSME sector in India. He brings 25 years of experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation. Before establishing NCES, he worked with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Larsen & Toubro, and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). He holds a postgraduate qualification in Thermal Engineering from Bangalore University and has supported engineering simulation for defence projects delivered by Indian EPC contractors in India.
Mrs. Kamala Nagaraja
Director (Engineering)
Kamala Nagaraja joined NCES in 2021, bringing 20 plus years of experience in product development relevant to semiconductor Industry. Before joining NCES, she spent over a decade at Lam Research Corporation as Senior Manager in the Global Product Engineering team. Her experience also includes roles at Wipro Engineering Services and Tyco Electronics. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from MS Ramaiah University and a postgraduate qualification in Management from Symbiosis University.
